We’re taking action: mobilizing communities and advocates to defend due process and the rule of law, protecting the right to vote and to be free from unlawful surveillance and racial profiling, and safeguarding the community organizations that millions of families rely on.

Civil rights are the foundation of a functioning democracy. When those rights are eroded for Latinos, they’re weakened for everyone, because a government that can ignore the Constitution for one community can ignore it for any.
