UnidosUS Comments on the “Affordability of Employer Coverage for Family Members of Employees” Proposed Rule
UnidosUS submitted comments in response to the Internal Revenue Service’s Proposed Rule on affordability of employer-sponsored coverage for family members.
The proposed rule would address the longstanding “family glitch” which unnecessarily excludes millions of Americans from the benefits of the ACA. UnidosUS expressed our support for the IRS’s proposed changes, which interprets the law in a manner more consistent with the intent of the ACA.
