Program Overview for Facilitators

UnidosUS’s Latinos in Finance (LIF) program is a bilingual banker training program launched in 2015. The program is led by UnidosUS and implemented by UnidosUS Affiliates and other local, community-based organizations with the goal of improving pathways to employment for Latinx jobseekers in the commercial banking or finance industries. The workforce development training utilizes UnidosUS’s industry-recognized curriculum, Unidos in Banking, career activities, and job-placement assistance.
