Senior Policy Analyst, Health Policy Project

The UnidosUS Policy & Advocacy team is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to join its Health Policy Project. The Health Policy Project aims to better position Latinos and their families with the opportunity and ability to achieve optimal health and thrive, no matter who they are, where they live, or how much they earn. Additionally, the Health Policy Project has a proven track record of significant policy change, advancing work at all phases of the political process, including policy development, legislative debate, and regulatory action. The Senior Policy Analyst will help develop and drive a policy agenda that increases opportunities for Latino children and their families to be healthy and thrive, providing highly skilled analysis of health policy trends in support of UnidosUS’s goals. This position is responsible for identifying promising ideas, particularly in the areas of health coverage access, affordability, and quality. They will work with colleagues to plan and conduct rapid-response and long-term analyses of data, programs, and emerging issues. The Senior Policy Analyst will also write policy papers, issue briefs, and congressional testimony in a variety of lengths and formats for diverse audiences. Success in this role also requires the Senior Policy Analyst to collaborate with colleagues in multiple internal disciplines, including Communications, Civic Engagement, Legislative Affairs, and the Policy Analysis Center.

Corporate Relations Executive

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Relations, the Corporate Relations Executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients and current corporate members. Event & Meetings Planner

UnidosUS is seeking an Events and Meeting Planner as part of the Marketing and Communications Department. The Events and Meeting Planner will be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple elements—registration, housing, in-conjunction-with (ICW) events and meetings, signage, logistics, and budgeting among others –tied to the UnidosUS Annual Conference, National Latino Expo®, Capital Awards, and other internal and external facing events. The UnidosUS Education team seeks an experienced and accomplished Program Manager with a deep affinity for the organization's mission and commitment to support Latino youth through the college-going process. The Higher Education Manager position requires leadership, confidence and vision, thoughtful strategic planning, interpersonal, communication, curriculum and program development skills. This position will be tasked with establishing partnerships with institutions of higher learning and contributing to the literature on Latinos and the college-going experience. In particular, the Higher Education Manager will assist in- house staff to grow and sustain the Lideres Avanzando program portfolio. National Campaigns Manager

UnidosUS is seeking a National Campaigns Manager to help set strategic direction and manage multi-state activities of UnidosUS’s Civic Engagement team. Housed in the Policy and Advocacy division, the Civic Engagement team works to strengthen Latino voting and advocacy engagement through citizenship, electoral, and federal/state issue campaigns. UnidosUS’s state and federal campaigns leverage policy and program expertise within an issue area; communications and polling; and community participation in areas including immigration, economy, health, education, and criminal justice. Working closely with various teams in campaign design and execution, the Manager will be responsible for supporting and tracking state policy efforts, identifying advocacy needs in the states; planning intervention strategies; developing and carrying out outreach, communications, and alliance-building strategies; reporting on progress; and carrying out other activities to advance UnidosUS’ policy goals.
