NCLR Comments on Proposed Rule to Limit Occupational Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica
NCLR supports a proposal to protect workers from lung illnesses in construction and other industries by limiting their exposure to crystalline silica (quartz) dust. NCLR submitted formal comments to the Federal Register in support of the proposed rule from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
