
Rudy Espinoza
Rudy Espinoza is CEO of Inclusive Action for the City, a non-profit, Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) based in Los Angeles that is dedicated to building strong, local economies in low-income communities.
Rudy specializes in designing economic development initiatives, building nonprofit and private partnerships and empowering low-income entrepreneurs. Under his leadership, Inclusive Action helped legalize street vending in Los Angeles, passed statewide legislation supporting street vendors and deployed over $7 million in micro-loans and grants to underserved entrepreneurs.
Rudy also led the creation of a commercial real estate initiative preserving small businesses in gentrifying neighborhoods. He serves on the boards of UnidosUS, United Way of Greater Los Angeles and others, and is an appointee to the California Organized Investment Network (COIN) Advisory Board.
