UnidosUS led a sign-on letter to the Department of Education supporting the expansion of Federal TRIO college preparatory programs to DREAMers/undocumented students.

This public comment on the proposed regulation highlights the necessity to ensure all students from disadvantaged backgrounds, regardless of status, have access to the same college preparation and support services available to their peers.

The letter was signed by 75 organizations and submitted to the Department of Education on August 23, 2024.
