In the ongoing debate over the federal budget, Latino voters want Congress to put families above politics, according to a survey conducted by the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). On May 9-11, 2013, NCLR polled more than 4,000 registered Latino voters via telephone in Colorado, Florida, and Nevada, key swing states in the last presidential election.
