Virtual Townhall

This event has already taken place. | Monday, August 29th, 2022 | Online

We encourage program managers, health care providers, promotoras de salud (community health workers), and educators to attend.

The UnidosUS Esperanza Hope for All Vaccine Program (CDC-EHFA) in partnership with the Multinational Monkeypox Emergency Response of the CDC will be hosting a Latinx community townhall for partners who are positioned to make a difference by addressing the disproportionate impact of Monkeypox on our communities. Information on the current global outbreak of the Monkeypox virus and communication resources for prevention, treatment, and the reduction of stigma around the virus will be shared. Participants will also be able to share suggestions for improvement around public health messaging including how to address misinformation and feedback on their community needs.

Resources from the webinar can be found here.
