UnidosUS and California Community Builders is hosting a free housing and homeownership convening on October 9th in Sacramento, California.

It will be a day filled with insightful panels, expert speakers, and networking opportunities. The goal of the event is to create space for discussion and collaboration related to opportunities and challenges facing homeownership in California in 2025 and beyond.

  • Housing & Homeownership Innovation. This panel will explore innovative models for housing and homeownership production. Experts will share exciting innovations in the housing/homeownership ecosystem, policy opportunities and challenges, as well as the real world experience of practitioners in the field. (Moderator: Adam Briones, CEO, California Community Builders)
  • Legislative Overview and Outlook for Homeownership.  This panel will discuss the housing policy and political landscape in California – highlighting recently passed legislation and budget allocations while also focusing on what more can be done to support housing and homeownership in years to come. (Moderator: Sosan Madanat, Vice President, W Strategies LLC)
