On December 9, UnidosUS hosted an Escalera Disney virtual career panel, “Building Escalera Youth Imagination,” which was aimed at helping Latino youth imagine more careers for themselves, provided important perspectives from Latinos in the arts, and presented the case for why it’s important for Latinos to be represented across a diverse array of fields.
