The planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this function without liability. UnidosUS reserves the right of admittance and the right to exclude from the Conference or refuse service to any attendee at the sole discretion of UnidosUS. Furthermore, UnidosUS is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its actions but may do so at its own discretion.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY:  As an UnidosUS Annual Conference attendee, the registrant hereby grants to UnidosUS the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, or images in which the registrant may be included, in whole, part, or composite in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose, and to use the registrant’s name in conjunction if UnidosUS so chooses. This authorization and release shall also be binding upon the registrant’s heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. The registrant has read this release and fully understands its contents. The registrant hereby releases and discharges UnidosUS from all claims and liabilities arising out of or about the use of photographs, images, or information.

DEMOGRAPHIC AND PRIVACY POLICY:  UnidosUS collects demographic information to help us understand who our Conference attendees and audience are. UnidosUS may use demographic information from registrants for marketing related to UnidosUS programs, activities, and events. UnidosUS may also share the registrant’s contact information (email only) with approved UnidosUS partners. Payment information is not shared and is kept strictly confidential. Demographic information is shared in aggregate only. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT: The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) forbids discrimination against individuals with disabilities. In compliance with the ADA, MGM Grand provides reasonable accommodations to allow physically challenged individuals to participate in all MGM Grand activities. Accessible sleeping rooms, wheelchairs, TDD kits, and Braille menus are available.

Segway scooters (at walking speed only) are permitted in public areas of the hotel only when the operator represents that the equipment is a mobility assistance device for a disability condition. Other operators without reported disability should be advised that the equipment is not accepted for use in public areas, including, but not limited to, the Casino, Theaters, Event Center, Restaurants, and the Convention Center. In such cases of exclusion, a guest will be offered the use of a balanced wheeled mobility device such as a wheelchair or motorized scooter. With advance notice (by June 1), UnidosUS will attempt to secure reasonable accommodation and referral for Conference attendees in coordination with the MGM Grand and local accessibility services.

Specific facility questions may be directed to Kristina Villavicencio, UnidosUS Marketing and Events Specialist, at [email protected].

EVENTS GENERAL POLICY: All events require a Conference registration badge with a QR code for admission. Priority entrance is available for attendees with a disability who self-identify at the queue area as needing additional time or assistance to be seated before the general entrance doors open. Seats will not be allowed to be saved at the meal events in order to accommodate all attendees before the start of the program. For receptions and parties, attendees 21 years of age and older are required to show a government-issued photo identification in order to receive or purchase alcoholic beverages.

FOOD SERVICE POLICY: Food service for the general session meal events and breakfast sessions is only available the first hour of the program. Menus will be provided in advance of the Conference on the Conference app with ingredient information.

Due to a higher volume of requests for vegetarian meals, we require you to indicate your vegetarian entrée meal preference during the registration process. The request must be received no later than June 25th. Vegetarian entrée meal tickets and instructions will be provided with the registration badge on-site at registration check-in. Vegetarian meal requests after DATE or on-site will not be accepted.

Due to the large number of attendees at the meal events, we will not be able to accommodate vegan or custom individual meal requests.
