What meals are covered in the registration fees?

The Affiliate Leadership Breakfast is open to all registered Affiliate participants.
Is the Changemakers Breakfast open to all?
The Changemakers Breakfast is open to all who selected the Changemakers Package.
Will transportation be provided from the hotel to McCormick Place Convention Center?
No transportation is needed as the hotel is connected to the McCormick Place Convention Center.

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations will be accepted in writing to [email protected] until Friday, July 14, 2023, and are subject to a $95 processing fee. After July 14, registrations are nonrefundable; however, a person from the same organization may be substituted for a registered individual. All refunds will be issued by Friday, September 1, 2023.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Transferring a registration to another is permitted prior to Friday, July 7, 2023. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information. Substitutions can be made online by accessing the individual’s account with their email and confirmation number.
Event Policies and Disclaimers
LIABILITY: UnidosUS and its staff, Board, and sponsors claim no liability for the acts of any suppliers relative to this Conference or for the safety of any attendee during and/or while in transit to or from this event. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this function without liability. UnidosUS reserves the right of admittance and the right to exclude from the Conference or refuse service to any attendee at the sole discretion of UnidosUS. Furthermore, UnidosUS is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its actions but may do so at its own discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: As an UnidosUS Annual Conference attendee, the registrant hereby grants to UnidosUS the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, or images in which the registrant may be included in whole, part, or composite in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose, and to use the registrant’s name in conjunction if UnidosUS so chooses. This authorization and release shall also be binding upon the registrant’s heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. The registrant has read this release and fully understands its contents. The registrant hereby releases and discharges UnidosUS from all claims and liabilities arising out of or about the use of photographs, images, or information.
EVENTS POLICY: General session meal events require a Conference registration badge with a URL code and appropriate ribbon credential for admission. The general session meal events food service is only available during the first hour of the program. No saving seats.
Government-issued photo identification will be required at receptions and parties serving alcoholic beverages. Attendees 21 years of age and older will receive a credential in order to receive or purchase alcoholic beverages. A Conference registration badge with a URL code and appropriate ribbon credential is required for admission.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The UnidosUS Conference will take place at the McCormick Convention Center, which is a public space that will also have guests from other events. While UnidosUS will exercise reasonable efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19, UnidosUS cannot eliminate the risk of contracting any contagious disease in connection with participation in this Event. By attending the Event, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 OR OTHER CONTAGIOUS DISEASES.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Event, you hereby FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS UNIDOS US from any and all liability, injury, damage, loss, or expense that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, regardless of whether caused by fault on the part of UnidosUS, in connection with any exposure, infection, or spread of COVID-19 or any other contagious disease related to your participation in the Event. YOU PROMISE NOT TO SUE UnidosUS for any of the claims that you have released, waived, and discharged.
You understand this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any portion of this release and waiver is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. You also agree that this release and waiver extends to, and will be binding upon, me and my estate, heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives.
