RESERVATIONS

The exclusive Conference rate is available once a Conference registration is completed and fully paid for each individual requiring a hotel room via the confirmation email. The hotel room block for the UnidosUS Annual Conference at the Loews Hotel has passed.

Please note: All reservations will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit per room at the time of booking, no exceptions.  

DEADLINE

The hotel room block for the UnidosUS Annual Conference at the Loews Hotel has passed.

CANCELLATION

Reservation deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by the guest no later than 72 hours prior to scheduled check in day and time, less the non-refundable one night stay deposit.  

The exclusive Conference room rate is available only after a Conference registration is paid.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) forbids discrimination against individuals with disabilities. In compliance with the ADA, Loews Hotel and Kansas City Convention Center provides reasonable accommodation to allow physically challenged individuals to participate in all activities.

Specific facility questions may be directed to Kristina Villavicencio, UnidosUS Meetings and Events Specialist, at [email protected]. With advance notice (by July 28), UnidosUS will attempt to secure reasonable accommodation and referral for conference attendees in coordination with the Loews Hotel and Kansas City Convention Center and local accessibility services.

PARKING

1210 Broadway surface lot is open to the public for events at a rate of $30 per vehicle. No reservations available – drive-up scan-to-pay or text-to-park sales only.
