EXCLUSIVE CONFERENCE GROUP ROOM RATES
- Single/Double Room Rates: $229.00 per night
- Triple Room Rate: $249.00 per night
- Quad Room Rate: $269.00 per night
Note: an additional 19.8% will be added to room reservations for fees and estimated taxes.
RESERVATIONS
The exclusive Conference rate is available once a Conference registration is completed and fully paid for each individual requiring a hotel room via the confirmation email. To book a hotel room now, please register for the 2025 UnidosUS Annual Conference.
Reservations of up to ten hotel rooms may be reserved per online transaction. Reservations of more than five rooms will require a sub-block contract. To request a sub-block contract, please email [email protected]. All sub-blocks contracts must be approved and signed by both parties before the hotel rooms can be reserved.
Please note: All reservations will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit per room at the time of booking, no exceptions.
DEADLINE
The reservation deadline is Friday, July 4, 2025, or when the block is filled, whichever comes first. Requests received by the hotel after 5:00 p.m. ET on June 4, 2025, will be subject to availability and may not be eligible for the Conference rate.
CANCELLATION
Reservation deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by the guest no later than 72 hours prior to scheduled check in day and time, less the non-refundable one night stay deposit.
The exclusive Conference room rate is available only after a Conference registration is paid.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) forbids discrimination against individuals with disabilities. In compliance with the ADA, Loews Hotel and Kansas City Convention Center provides reasonable accommodation to allow physically challenged individuals to participate in all activities.

With advance notice (by July 28), UnidosUS will attempt to secure reasonable accommodation and referral for conference attendees in coordination with the Loews Hotel and Kansas City Convention Center and local accessibility services.
