2026 UnidosUS Annual Conference

EXCLUSIVE CONFERENCE GROUP ROOM RATE 

There is a special discount group rate of $209.00 per night for a single or double room. Each extra person above double occupancy will be charged an additional $30.00 per night. The maximum occupancy is four people per room. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently at 17.7%. Room nights are also subject to a taxable Austin Tourism Public Improvement District fee, currently at 2%, which will be applied at the time of checkout. 

RESERVATIONS 

Once a conference registration has been completed and fully paid for each individual requiring a hotel room, the exclusive conference rate will become available via the confirmation email. To register and book a hotel room now, please visit this link. 

Reservations of up to 10 hotel rooms may be reserved per online transaction. Reservations of more than 10 rooms will require a sub-block contract. To request a sub-block contract, please email [email protected]. All sub-block contracts must be approved and signed by both parties before the hotel rooms can be reserved.  

Please note: All reservations will be charged a one-night nonrefundable deposit per room at the time of booking — no exceptions.   

DEADLINE 

Please note that rooms at the discounted group rate are limited and available until they are sold out or no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Requests received after rooms are sold out or after Tuesday, July 7, 2026, will be subject to availability and may no longer be eligible for the discounted group rate. 

CANCELLATION 

Reservation deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in day and time, less the nonrefundable one-night stay deposit.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) forbids discrimination against individuals with disabilities. In compliance with the ADA, Fairmont Austin provides reasonable accommodation to allow physically challenged individuals to participate in all activities.
