How can I request for a discounted ticket price?
A limited number of Affiliate and General tickets are available for early pricing. Once sold out of the early pricing, tickets will be at full rate.
Do you have group registration discounts available?
For every 10 registrations purchased, you will get one additional complimentary registration, i.e. pay 20 registrations, get 2 additional free! Applies only to registrations of the same type, i.e. 10 General or Affiliate tickets, and purchased at the same time. You must register 11 people for the discount to activate, and it will be automatically applied on the final payment page. Splitting registrations and purchasing them separately will prevent you from obtaining the group discount.
Current group discounts listed are for Affiliate and General tickets. If you require a group discount for another ticket option, please contact [email protected].
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations will be accepted in writing to [email protected] until Tuesday, June 30, 2026 and are subject to a $95 processing fee. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Transferring a registration to another person is permitted prior to Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information. Substitutions can be made online by accessing the individual’s account with their email and confirmation number.
