Lodging Information

All overnight accommodations for this Summit will take place on the Loyola Marymount University Campus. Once you register for the event, your email confirmation will contain the link to the lodging website to book your onsite accommodations.

We have secured on-campus suites which include two bedrooms and an adjoining shared bathroom. Each suite can accommodate up to four guests.

Lodging Suite Prices

All lodging prices are inclusive of 14% occupancy tax.

  • Full Suite: $384/night (No roommate or suitemate; personal bathroom)
  • Single: $192/night (Suitemate, one person per bedroom; shared suite bathroom)
  • Double: $96/night per student (Four people in a suite, two people per bedroom; shared suite bathroom)

The full reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking. All hotel reservation links will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Roommates/Suitemates

If you would like to share a suite, during the reservation process, you can designate who you would like to have as a roommate. Similarly, if you are traveling solo or do not have an identified roommate, you can request that we assign you another individual from the group. We will do our best to group any roommate requests with similar ages and genders together.

Standard Check-in/Check-out

Standard check-in/check-out times are: check-in 3:00 pm; check-out at 11:00 am. You will be able to request Tuesday, June 11 through Saturday, June 13, 2026.

We will have a special check-in for our group at the times below. All other arrivals (before or after) will be made at the main campus check-in desk.

Wednesday June 10, 2026 & Thursday, June 11, 2026

  • 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Friday, June 12, 2026

  • Check-out by 11am and keys returned to the Summit registration area from 9am – 12:00pm.

 

Change/Cancellation Policy

The full reservation cost will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The first night of your reservation will be kept and is non-refundable. You may cancel any portion of your stay and receive a refund (less the non-refundable first night). Guests canceling after May 31, 2026, and guests who fail to arrive (no-shows) will not be refunded at all and will be charged for the entire stay. Change requests made after May 31, are not guaranteed and could incur additional fees.

Lodging Contract Items:

  • Housekeeping services are provided in the hallways, common areas, and common area restrooms of the residence halls. Individuals are responsible for their own rooms/suites.
  • Each participant will be issued one room key for access to lodging and designated campus facilities.
  • Room keys may not be altered, marked, punctured, or modified. Altered cards will be treated as damaged.
  • All room keys must be returned at Summit program check-out or to main campus check-in desk. Guest shall be assessed a $50 fee for each unreturned, lost or damaged card. This fee applies regardless of later recovery. Fees will be automatically charged to the card used to make the reservation.
