On March 5, 2026, in Washington, DC, UnidosUS will bring together business leaders, community organizations, workers, entrepreneurs and decision makers to unveil how together we can work towards a shared future: one where an economy that works for Latinos works better for everyone.
This is a convening for action — as we launch a shared Economic Agenda for Prosperity rooted in lived experience and real solutions.

How can I register for the Convening?
– The Convening is limited to a select group of invited registrants.
– Registration is now open to invited guests and nontransferable. All registrations will be verified.

What is the cancellation policy?
As this Event has a limited capacity, if you can no longer attend, we request that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can invite another potential participant. Please email [email protected] to cancel your registration.
I have to cancel my attendance; can I receive a refund for my discounted UnidosUS Capital Awards ticket?
Refunds for discounted Capital Awards tickets are available through February 25 and are subject to a $10 processing fee. To request a refund, please email [email protected] by that date. Requests received after February 25 will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
This event is limited to invited guests only therefore transferring your registration to someone else is not permitted.

What is the dress code for the event?

– Dress for the UnidosUS Capital Awards is cocktail attire
How can I book a room at the event hotel?
Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation with the link to book within our discounted block.
A limited number of rooms with one king beds or two double beds can be guaranteed at the time of reservation. Once those rooms are reserved, the type of room provided will be based on availability at check-in.
Rooms with two double beds accommodate up to four guests. Please note that rollaway beds are not available.
What meals are included with the registration?
Breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks during the convening on March 5, 2026 are included.

How do you accommodate dietary needs during meals?
Due to the large number of attendees at the meal events, individual custom meal requests will not be accepted. Vegetarian meals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must request a vegetarian meal with the banquet staff at the beginning of the event.
I have accessibility needs; how can I communicate them to UnidosUS?
When you register, you will have the opportunity to describe your accommodation needs. UnidosUS will review all requests and work with you to make the event as accessible as possible within their ability to do so.
What are the parking options?
– The J.W. Marriott Washington DC has valet parking for $72 per day. Rates are subject to change, check hotel website for current parking rates.
– The hotel is also Metro-accessible from the Metro Center station.
