At our 2017 Annual Conference, TV Commentator, Host, and Writer, Alicia Menendez spoke about the lack of representation of Latinos in positions of influence. Menendez also spoke about the importance of reaching young Latinos where they are, and empowering them to seek change. She believes that the future of change in our country will be geared through the efforts of young Latinos.
