News Organizations Across the Country Call for Immigration Reform This Year
The president has signaled that he intends to put immigration reform front and center once the nonsense created by the Congressional budget impasse has been resolved, and we’re ready to join him. We’re not alone, either. More than 100 editorial boards across the country have urged passage of immigration reform this year and the list continues to grow every day. It’s clear we can no longer wait. Millions of Americans and immigrants are in need of reform. We just need a Congress willing to stand up and govern. The time is now.
