Workforce Development Summit – Community

This year’s summit, “Crea, Conecta, Cambia”— Create Pipelines, Connect People, Change Practices: Investing in the Latinx Workforce” will address the needs for innovative workforce development programs that prepare Latinx workers for successful careers. The three-day event will bring together businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and training providers to examine how stakeholders can work together to change systems and practices to allow Latinx individuals to access more training and employment opportunities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to network, cultivate professional relationships, and learn from each other so that we can create pipelines, connect people, and change practices while investing in the Latinx workforce!
