Today We March for Immigration Reform!

CaminoAmericanoWe’re joinng thousands of people from across the country, Latino artists, as well Members of Congress and civil rights leaders in DC today to demand the Republican-controlled House of Representatives pass comprehensive reform that includes a pathway to citizenship.

Latino musical artists, Los Tigres del Norte and Lila Downs will kick things off at noon.

Advocates will then hear from leaders in the fight for reform, including NCLR’s President and CEO, Janet Murguía. She’ll be joined by other notable figures including, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.), former NAACP Chair, Julian Bond and AFT President, Randi Weingarten.
