Changemakers Summit

The UnidosUS Changemakers Summit brings together aspiring activists and community leaders who are committed to advocating for Latinos. After two days of learning and practicing advocacy skills in Washington, DC, the Summit ends with a visit to Capitol Hill to meet with members of Congress. In an encouraging and collaborative setting, policy experts will give updates on the latest issues affecting Latinos.

Capital Awards

The Capital Awards Gala has been the premier annual event in Washington, DC that recognizes elected and appointed officials from both sides of the aisle for their outstanding support of public policies that are vital to Hispanic Americans. In addition, UnidosUS honors a leader or leaders from outside of the political spectrum who courageously advocate on behalf of the Latino community with the UnidosUS Capital Award for Public Service.

Annual Conference & Latinx Incluxion Summit

The UnidosUS Annual Conference is one the largest gathering of its kind in the Hispanic community and serves as the meeting ground for leaders and advocates from across the country to learn about ongoing and emerging issues relevant to the Hispanic community, connect with key community leaders, and generate partnerships with Hispanic community-based organizations.

The Latinx Incluxion Summit addresses important issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, our community, and beyond. The summit covers a variety of topics, including comprehensive DEI strategies, and external engagement issues like equitable representation and community partnerships. You’ll hear from DEI experts addressing challenges and opportunities, highlighting effective practices, and sharing new data and emerging trends.
