Who we are
Since 2012, UnidosUS Counseling Connection has provided high-quality housing counseling services – both over the phone and virtually.
We blend in-person client engagement strategies with a phone-based service delivery approach with a focus to support individuals and meet their housing needs at no cost. Each of our certified housing counselors has the knowledge and expertise to address your concerns and fears.
We are an approved housing counseling agency by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and our certified housing counselors provide bilingual services in English and Spanish.

Each of our certified housing counselors has the knowledge and expertise to address your concerns and fears. And we take your confidentiality and privacy seriously.
As a HUD-certified housing counseling agency, we must hold all client information in strict confidence in a secure location. Our housing counselors and staff do not share personally identifiable information and ensure it remains secure and encrypted to further protect your privacy. UnidosUS does not share personally identifiable information with external agencies or organizations.
We record our phone calls per company policy. Read UnidosUS’s privacy policy to understand what personal information we collect and how we use the information we collect.
So what can you expect when you contact us?
- Complete the online intake form or call our hotline to schedule an appointment with one of our housing counselors.
- One of our certified housing counselors will reach out to you via a quick phone call to get more details about your housing or financial situation (about 10 minutes).
- Based on your goals and needs, we will connect you with a housing counselor that will serve as your guide and coach. You’ll work together to take those next steps in achieving your dream.
