Latinos and all Americans need a deal for coronavirus relief now!

As Latinos continue to suffer disproportionately from the coronavirus pandemic, these letters to various Senators across the U.S. call on them to reject so-called “skinny” bills and instead pass a robust, inclusive health and economic COVID-19 relief package.

Most Latino voters polled by UnidosUS see the coronavirus as the most important issue facing the country and believe the worst of the pandemic is yet to come. Unfortunately, the pandemic relief they need has been stalled in the Senate since the House of Representatives passed the “HEROES Act” in May. Latinos and their families continue to help our nation weather the pandemic as they risk their own health by working essential jobs. In return, we owe them a comprehensive stimulus package that will provide health and economic relief.
