Fighting fear with facts: A public charge update

This week’s Policy Outlook focuses on public charge.

On October 15, the public charge rule was going to take effect. However, the rule was blocked in federal court and it is now stopped for the foreseeable future while this lawsuit is decided. Unfortunately, the Trump administration still wants to ensure this rule takes effect, and that’s why our fight continues.
