DACA Applications and Renewals Still Being Accepted

Given the recent shameful House debate on the DACA program recently, we want to make sure you all know that the DACA program is currently intact. It is not under immediate threat of being shut down, despite the efforts of some in Congress.

New and renewing DACA recipients should continue with the process they have started. We have prepared a fact sheet for you to refer to, should you have any questions. You should also check out the DACA Toolkit below for more information.
