How Can We Reduce Health Care Disparities?

That’s the subject of a twitter chat we’re having with our friends over at Finding Answers today to talk about health disparities and what can be done to reduce them. Topics will include NCLR’s very successful promotores program, a community health workers program that empowers Latinos with the information and skills needed to advocate for better health in their communities.

The chat starts at 2 p.m. ET and we’ll be answering any questions you might have about community health worker programs in your own communities. Follow #equitychat to join the conversation or use our handy twitter tool below.

We’ll chat with you at 2!
