Latino Voters in the 2010 Election Numbers, Parties, and Issues
Compared with presidential election voter turnout, midterm elections exhibit a decrease in participation across the electoral spectrum, including Latino voter turnout. Therefore, a more accurate examination of participation in the upcoming midterm election should be based on comparisons with previous midterms.
