Latino Jobs Report Latinos Continue to See Improvement

The U.S. Department of Labor reported today that U.S. employers added 242,000 jobs in February 2016, an increase from the moderate job growth in the previous month of 151,000 jobs. The national unemployment rate remained unchanged at 4.9%. The Latino unemployment rate declined from 5.9% in January to 5.4% in February, as the number of employed Latinos increased.
