State of Hispanic America 1993: Toward a Latino Anti-Poverty Agenda

Research Report

The findings of this report represent the beginning, rather than the end, of the process of establishing a Latino anti-poverty agenda.

They provide an opportunity to reexamine current anti-poverty strategies for the Hispanic community, determine new directions for future anti-poverty policy, and create an anti-poverty agenda that can help both poor Hispanics and other poor Americans.
