Pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 29 and Fifth Circuit Rule 29, the American Immigration Council, National Immigration Law Center, Service Employees International Union and 151 other immigrant’s rights, civil rights and labor organizations (“amici curiae ” or ” amici”) submit the accompanying brief in support of Defendants-Appellants’ request that the preliminary injunction entered by the district court be reversed. All parties have consented to this filing and this motion is unopposed.
