Rhodes scholar heading to Oxford after DACA uncertainty

Jin Park was the first DACA recipient to receive a Rhodes scholarship when he received the honor in 2018, but had to put his plans on hold due to uncertainty during the Trump administration over whether he would be able to reenter the United States if he chose to leave the country to attend the University of Oxford.

Advocates frustrated with administration as green cards poised to expire

More than 100,000 employment-based green cards are set to expire on September 30, with no signs of renewal from the Biden administration.
